Living with DLD: Juliana Hirn

Next up in our series "Living with DLD & Dyslexia" we are highlighting Juliana Hirn.

Juliana is an SLP and an advocate hoping to increase awareness and information about DLD.

As we have been sharing with you all month, DLD is a "hidden disability" that is often overlooked. Juliana shares that she was not diagnosed with a language disorder until she was in high school, despite years of academic struggle. She now shares her story to help others also diagnosed with DLD and to educate those around her to gain their support, understanding and patience.
